Booking Policies
Check-in/out
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. We kindly ask that you check out by 11:00 AM on your day of departure. Early arrivals or late departures may be possible subject to availability and a small additional fee.
Cancellation
Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations made within 7 days of the stay will be charged 50% of the total booking cost. No-shows will be charged the full amount.
House Rules
Casa Raab is a tranquil oasis. We ask guests to observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and common indoor areas. Pets are welcome with prior arrangement.
